First off operate the hazard switch many times. The contacts in the switch corrode through lack of use and this will clean them. As the turn signals and hazard lights share the turn signal unit it may be faulty.
The easiest thing for you to do would be to replace the bulbs that are on that circuit. You should have one or two bulbs with a double filament, one for the brake and turn signal and one for the tail light. If that does not fix the problem, someone will need to check the circuit for power from the turn signal switch. It takes all of the lights on one side to make the turn signal flash.
if your fuse is good. and you have power at the brake light switch and when you hit the brakes you have power coming out the otherside of brake light switch/which would be the white wire/ check that the white wire is sending power up the turn signal switch. if theres power there and your turnsignals work? im afraid that your turnsignal switch is bad rare but it has been known to happen.
I had the same problem with my 89 Buick Le sabre. It turned out that I had to replace the computer. It was giving the wrong signals and cutting off the fuel. My engine light came on each time it happened. Since the computer was changed it has run like a charm. It cost about $500.
Also when they ran the tests for the eng light data the computer was giving the wrong info and so many of the wrong parts were first replaced.
