Question about Chevrolet Chevy
You didn't give lots of details to go on but my first thought is that if the timing chain is original, likely it's really stretched out by now. But, there are many things that can affect overall power.
If by power you mean that the electrical system shuts down, obviously I'm wrong.
Please elaborate a bit on exactly what you mean by power and I'll give you specifics on what to look for. Start with engine size and what carburetion (4bbl or 2bbl)
