Was the vehicle stumbling and shifting hard, before the major tune up, if not, i would check all of the connections on top of your engine, just to make sure nothing was accidently unplugged , when doing the tune up, if everything checks out ok, i would check the throttle positioning sensor, this is connected into the side of the throttle body, and it has a wire connection to it, hope that this information has helped you. this can create stumbling. also was the new spark plugs that were installed properly gapped.

1995 z28 stumbles when you hit it hard but runs great if u ease the gas 2 it

Perform a major tune-up on the vehicle, including all new plug wires and coil packs, replace the fuel filter, and verify proper pressure at the fuel rail (replacing the fuel pump and/or fuel pressure regulator as indicated).
Consider replacing all fuel in the vehicle with fresh (preferrably non-ethanol) fuel.

1994 toyota corolla 1.8 automatic runs good on idle but stumbles when accelerating

The Toyota of your year is equipt with a map sensor,it is located on the firewall with a vacuum line leading directly to the intake manifold, This sensor measure engine load and adjust fuel accordingly. This is definetly the problem, make sure the vacuum hose did not come out,Look at the underhood emission sticker for it,it Toyota has a different name for it it might be called boost sensor or pressure sensor.

95 chevy 1500 pops and backfires doesn't want to shift into overdrive when cold when it does the truck runs real rough

Have you checked the fuel pressure under a load, low pressure will cause these symptoms. The test port is on the top of the engine in the fuel supply rail to the fuel injectors, the fuel pressure test port looks like a large tire fill valve. You will need a fuel pressure test gauge to do this test (about $20), the pressure must be watched while you accelerate, it should never go down on hard acceleration just up about 6-8 PSI

Code reads multi cylinder misfire

PO300 mu;ti cyclinder misfire can be many things Low fuel pressure or clogged fuel filter. Worn sparkplugs, need of major tuneup. If the car doesn't run bad conpared to last week when it did'nt have the missfire it may have missed just long enough to set the code. Engine starting cold and the valves and other engine parts not warming up fast enough not to stumble. The oil change being overdue can make this happen.. If it seems to run as good as anyways and basic maintanice is up to date reset the computer ( clear codes). Drive the car and try to see when and if the light comes on. Running real low on fuel, and running real short rips can cause fuel build up in the oil that can make it stumble as the engine oil does come to operating temperture.

Rough idle and stumble through acceleration. The fuel filter, Pressure regulator, Throttle body and tps have all been replaced as well as a full tune up. The fuel pump runs 90% of the time and other times...

You need to check the fuel pressure to the throttle body. If the fuel pump is nearly worn out, it will display similar symptoms. Did you read out any codes on the computer before starting this repair? Good luck!

Bad stumble on acceleration pops through t- body.

Sounds like the fuel pressure regulator. Could also be that the timing jumped. But I'm leaning towards the pressure regulator. Hope that I could help. Best wishes.
