Question about 1998 Buick Park Avenue
You may have a problem with the temperature blend door motor not working(stuck in closed position)this is located on the passenger side under the dash near another position mode door motor that operates the defrost, vent, floor mode positions.these are known for sticking.you should get a shop to replace this or dealer as they are not in the easiest location to work on and may have to be programed.
