Car is leaking antifreeze from underneath of car

After the car is driven for about 20 miles & parked, it leaks antifreeze from under the under carriage. The leak is coming from around the front passenger side. It only leaks after the car is driven & parked & allowed to cool down. Any idea what could be causing this ? I had a head gasket repair done about 6 months ago. I replaced all the heater hoses, water pump, timing belt, antifreeze.

Car is not overheating. Timing belt and water pump were replaced 15000 miles ago.

Watch for leaks and follow them after you drive i would geuss checking your thermostate housing both parts, the hoses that go to the heater core by the throttle body and the hose that goes to the throttle body, im guessing this is the turbo, if it is a non turbo it would be a hoses the waterpump or the oring that goes into the waterpipe on the front of the block, just get in there and take a good luck and remember the rules of gravity =) good luck man and if you need any parts for it let me know we got alot of these parts cars out in our yard

I would check and replace the thermostat if it is bad, recheck the connections of the heater hoses to the heater core, and if none of these are bad, the heater core is most likely gone bad. Also, depending on where the overflow canister is, and if the radiator cap has gone bad, it might be letting too much antifreeze out of the system and overfilling the overflow canister.

I have aan intermitint antifreeze leak from under my car. their is no hose leaking and the radiator is not leaking

I don't know what you are driving..but sometimes the leak that you see under the car starts in the front area and runs to the lowest point and drops off...try getting under the car or up on a lift..follow the tale tale signs of the water/antifreeze running olong the underneath of your car...my bet it your water pump is starting to go bad..they have a small weep hole at the bottom of its shaft..if the seal/bearing is wearing water will start to leak and run along the underside of the motor..good luck..

How to locate the engine oil leak does the car need to be running

Usually you won't see a leak until the car is parked. It's a good idea to put a piece of cardboard under the car after it's been driven to detect the leak or leaks. If you see any drops or puddle on the cardboard, crawl underneath the car and lookup under the engine to see where the leak is coming from. Look at the area above the puddle or dripping.

Loses qt of oil per week. No leak shows underneath car and does not smoke

It can easily burn that much in a 100 miles without seeing any smoke.
If you check the spark plugs you may find evidence.
It can also leak while the engine is running and not when it is off. Most Northstar engines leak to some degree.

Water pump

First things first. There are a number of clamps that hold the hoses in place. Tighten those first.

It sounds like your water pump is shot. The small antifreeze leak is the coolant probably coming from the weep hole on the water pump. If you ran the car while the temperature was up, you may have to watch the head gaskets from now on as they may be shot. Water pumps wear out around 100k to 150k miles usually.

My 1996 sc Saturn is still losing coolant after being in the shop twice change the water pump sensor and thermastat

Well if there is not a puddle of antifreeze underneath where it is most often parked, then I would suspect you have a head gasket or cracked block/head problem. If there is a puddle of antifreeze under the car, or under the passenger side carpet, then you can easily track the leak back to its source. I assume your shop did some basic checks for oil in antifreeze and vice versa and for an odor of antifreeze in the exhaust?
