Question about Chrysler Voyager
If the filter is near the pump, the fuel pump generally is in the tank, it is electric. My bet would be that the filter is somewhere in the undercarriage, easily accessible, in the fuel lines. You will have to follow the fuel lines coming out of the tank to the motor compartment. if it is not anywhere there, check the firewall, taht is a common chrysler placement for a fuel filter

well your fuel filter is in the gas tank so you do not service this one to change power steering fluids is little harder to do with out machine but you can **** it out with turkey baster or something that will pull fluids out or find low psi hose disconnected it and let it drain out and refill be for starting the Eng and then top off as needed
