Question about 1991 Mazda 626

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. It has to get 12 Volts of power to work right. Have you tried checking the fuse/relays to the pump? Can you tell me how many volts the pump is getting? Have you checked the harness for bad wires or loose connections?
