Check the heater flow valve to make sure coolant is actually flowing in and out of the heater core. With the engine at full operating temperature turn the heater control to HOT. Feel the hoses going to the heater core. One hose (Inlet) should be very hot and the other hose (Outlet) should be very warm. If the outlet hose is not warm then you have no flow of coolant. Check the flow valve.
