Question about 1994 Chevrolet Beretta
Start out with putting a charger on the battery. When it is completly charged, put a load test on the battery. It may have one or more dead cells.
If battery shows good, may be the starter is dragging. Pull it off and take to a parts store that has the capability of checking them for proper operation.
