Question about Cadillac Seville
I don't see a problem with those numbers. They are perfectly acceptable for a charging system. If you meticulously cleaned all your wire terminals and made sure they were tight, you might get 14V, but I don't see any need to. If you are having electrical problems with your car then your charging system is definately not your problem. The problem is elsewhere. Hope this helps.
