Question about 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
Your timing belt went out. your supposed to change it after 50k miles. the book says 60k and gives you 10k more to change it but they sent out a recall late. your going to need to change out valves, timing belt, driving belt since you have to take it off and maybe pistons. Also hope the vaalves didn't crack the cylinder head like mine. I was lucky enough to get the cylinder head build from dealership cheap at 1025. vaalves them selfs all 16 cost around 600, so might as well buy complete. i got everything fixed by a guy on craigslist for 250 all together costed 1300. dealership would of costd 4000 plus. so good luck. and if you got any savings dont forget to change the fuel filter/pump since it will probably need to be changed soo. ttyl. good luck,
