Check engine light came on my 2001 toyota celica gt its running trouble how can i find out why its running bad?

Note that the "check engine" light comes on when the computer has "stored a code" to indicate that a problem has been detected.

You should be able to go to a local auto parts retailer and someone there should be able to help you determine the problem, or alternatively, you may be able to purchase a code scanner.

2001 toyota celica head sticks, possible oil pump replacment. Can't find the manual to replace oil pump.

Replacing the oil pump is a major job which involves tearing into the engine. I don't know what you mean that the cylinder head sticks, but I can assure you that just replacing the oil pump is not going to fix your problem.

Fan inside engine doesnt turn around

When you add something like a CAI, you change the dynamics of the engine. The computer is constantly monitoring the fuel, air, heat, etc ratios. You are playing with years and years of engineering that went into the car. You will probably need to get the computer reprogrammed to accomidate the modification.
