Oxgen sensor on 2006 impla ls

Well if the O2 sensor were faulty, you should get a check engine light and a code for the sensor.
It could be a fuel pressure problem or other issue.

I noticed this to day even though i have day time running lights when are the licsense plate lamps on 2005 chevrolet impla suppose to be on

The licence plate lamps will come on when you turn on the headlight switch, not with the daytime running lamps. Hope this helps.

2002 chevy impla v6 esngine 3800 check engine light is on, codes read po102 what does this mean

Code p0102, on either the 3.4 or 3.8 (3800) v6 engine is a problem in the Mass Air Flow sensor (MAF). If any work has been done to it just prior to this code, then you need to make sure the air cleaner, duct work, breather tubes, etc. are properly connected and not loose. If that is OK, then may have a bad, or dirty sensor.
