SOURCE: car problems
Sounds to be a loose or corroded wire/s at either starter motor or at battery fusible links.
Also check the earth strap (Cable) between engine and bodywork.
Hope this helps, MMP

the system needs to be primed and air bleed from it. locate if you can the fuel filter and priming pump assembly (if equiped) there should be an air bleed screw on it open the screw a few turns and pump the plunger on pump assembly till a stedy stream of air free fuel comes true, close screw and try starting.note. some systems have an electric priming system wich comes on with the ignition, try turning the ignition on engine not running for a few seconds(30) then try starting

If blowing cold air it means motor is working, check water hoses maybe it might be disconnected for over heating problem or unit behind the dash board could be blocked, no water going trough
