Yes, you have to get under the clips with a small screwdriver or pick and pull them off. With the clips off, the lines will slide out. There is an o-ring there that you might want to replace, especially if the fitting is leaking. You are supposed to use new clips whn you put the lines back on, but I only do that when I have them. Otherwise I reuse the old ones.
