There are several wires that go to the battery that you need to make sure you hooked back up. Also make sure all the wires or cables going to the battery terminal and tight and secure. It sounds like you have a loose or missing connection.

95 geo tracker will not start

do you mean , no crank or no start? I'll guess at cranks ok , no start.
you stated, Ign. term is dead, that is not the Suzuki name.
my guess is this car is a 16valve MPI 1.6L Suzuki, G16B
and this car is EFI.
and this car has 3 power fuses for the ECU, 3.
IG-coil
FI
dome.
if IG-fuse is above the right knee, replace that.
use a volt meter on both pins if fuse, see 12v, key on>?
I guess the CEL lamp dont glow key on, showing a DEAD ECU?
The Cel must glow, if not, its burned out,or ECU has no power. etc.
ever possible no start is here.

I have a 95 geo tracker and it will start up and run fine, but when you are running down the road and like 2.5 rpm it will just like die for a sec and kick back on several times. If you run at like 3 grand...

I would check your ignition switch. The actual part you put the key in. Try a new key first or your spare if you got one. Or try to put a tiny bit of lube on key. Like one drop..

95 geo metro 3cyl. 1.0L no spark changed

Pull one or two sparkplugs and check them for moisture; not fuel, but for water beads.
I don't know how long your engine ran after losing coolant but there is a chance that you lost the head gasket and have gotten water into the cylinders.

96 geo tracker will start on time and not the

You didn't indicate that the starter turns over slow--that would be a strong indication of a bad battery, but if so, check your battery. If your battery is more than three years old, replace it. If the battery is good and you still have problems it could be a starter problem.

Car won't start, battery fine, just hear clicks

Even though the lights work, the battery may still be just short on power to turn the motor over thus the clicking. Try charging the battery or jumping, if you still get a clicking it would be the starter solenoid. Considering the year you may just want to replace the whole starter.
