Could you give some detail as to non start fault.Is it cranking and not firing or is it not cranking over which may be a fault with your starter motor.

Make sure that you are getting spark and fuel. If you are not getting spark, then you are looking at either a faulty cam, or crankshaft sensor. Check your fuse panel too

First things first...replace the cheaper part first, the battery. It that works, great! If not, then you may need a new key fob then have it programed to your system.

I have 94,000 miles on my 2004 Toyota Camry Solara. Do I need a Timing belt at this time. What else is essential at this time? I am trying to save money.


i would replace the belt. if the belt breaks you could bend the valves. i had mine break at about 102,000. bent 4 valves.

My 2000 Camry XLE has 130,000 miles on it. I was thinking of changing the timing belt because I don't know if the previous owner replaced it or not, I do not want to take the chance. Can you tell me please...


Timing belt change interval is 75,000 miles.

It's time to change the T-Belt and water pump now.

Water pump is directly behind the timing belt cover.

It's best to get the water pump done at the same time.

most likly the trans is just plain worn out you could have it rebuilt or replace it with a used one
