Question about Pontiac Bonneville

The horn is usually located at the front bottom of the car, near the bottom of the radiator or on the side of it so that as much sound can be projected forward where needed. Horns are pretty reliable parts so if you have a problem it is most likely a fuse or the horn relay. A horn draws quite a bit of current so it places a considerable load on the electrical system. On the 06 Vibe the horn is located just to the right of center, almost below the hood latch, in front of the radiator. It looks like a small round speaker...
check to make sure the wire is plugged in, it can come lose or even fall out. it is easy to check and fix.
If that does not work, my best guess would be that either the horn is blown or the wiring is messed up.

Your fuse box is located on the driver side under the dash board. Up above where your brake and gas pedal are located. There should be a plastic cover that can be snapped off to reveal all of your fuses and on the inside of this plastic cover there should be a diagram of the fuses that are in use.
