Question about 2003 Chrysler Town & Country
For anyone doing a search on the same symptoms, this is also very indicative of a lean condition on this vehicle. While not enough to pop a code, 10% long term fuel trim will cause these same sysmptoms...troubleshooting the lean condition is an entirely new topic.

Loose flexplate bolts would make noise all the time, wat u got sounds like a rattling catalytic convertor, meaning a worn out cat or cats. u can get under neath an hit on the exhaust pipe near the cats with engine off an hear the rattle ur talkin about. have u noticed a slight lack in power or performance ? another telltale sign of bad convertors. a local exhaust shop can raise car on lift an chek cats, inexpensive chek, expensive repair. good luck
