Do a test with tranny in drive instead of OD/over-drive, does the problem go away? If so I think it is an OD issue.
Check motor mounts and suspension. In the past, I've seen bad shocks cause a noticeable vibration at a certain speed. Below or above that certain speed, no vibration.

What causes slight vibration?

sounds too much like a wheel imbalance, check all the wheel nuts are tight too (I know it sounds stupid but it has happened to me) some off-road tyres have a speed limit set to around 50mph.

Check all 4 tires for debris on the tire.
Check sidewall for damage.

.vibrations. changed universal joints still

By changing the suspected drivetrain components you've eliminated the drivetrain from suspicion,
leaving just the suspension, steering, and tires.
Visually inspect upper and lower ball joints, springs, shocks (for leakage) - (suspension & steering)
Check tires - unusual wear pattern on one tire tells you which wheel well has problems in it.
The sneaky experienced mechanic way - park the truck on a level surface, then run a tape
measure to the top of each wheel well from the ground up - compare front-to-front and
back-to-back - those that are significantly lower than their mate are suspect.

Vibrates when gas pedal pressed.

1. Check the ball-joint.

2. Check the Tye-rods.

3. Your shock absorbers/ struts.

4. Wheel balancing and alignment.

Good luck.

I would be more inclined to look at the U-joints at either end of the drive line. Bent tubes usually cause vibration at speed. Jack up both rear wheels and put gearbox in neutral. Spin the wheels by hand and observe the drive line for being bent as it turns. A rare problem which allows the rear axle to twist under acceleration might be possible.

Front end and steering wheel shakes

Most common problem would be tires are out a balance. Or, the tires are out of round ( meaning the tires have a hop to it; not completely round ).

Shudders(shakes) at about 60mph

You may have worn out CV joints on the front wheel drive axles, they vibrate/shudder badly if they are really worn out.
