There are a couple of things to look at.The first would be to make sure you have an ample supply of anti freeze in the expansion tank and the radiator. Then check the thermostat for proper operation.Sometimes they will stick in the closed position.Or you can remove the thermostat and see if that reduces the temp any. Also on the Devilles there should be a belt that goes around the camshaft and the water pump be sure that it hasn't broke or starting to separate. This belt is located on the driver side of the engine towards the front of the car under the camshaft pulley cover. One other thing you might want to do is flush your radiator to clean the fins out and be sure that the cooling fans are working.

I have a 2004 Chrysler Sebring and it is running hot I have replaced the thermostat 10 times and it stills run hot no leak from the radiator but it bubbles back out ouf the intake jug

Take the car to a mechanic and have the coolant tested for hydrocarbons. A constantly overheating vehicle may often have a blown head gasket that causes hot gases to overheat the coolant.

My 2004 pontiac run hot and i have to constantly put coolant in it but i dont see it leaking

sounds like you may have a head gasket problem although if the cooling fan is not coming on when it should then it will overheat. have It checked out at a shop.

Car fan running constantly with car on and check engine light on.

Possibly a bad coolant temperature sensor, sending the wrong signal that engine is hot and requires fans to be on for extra cooling. I don't know of any sensors for the thermostat, but don't know saturns.

2000 Lincoln LS V8 overheats frequently. I can start it up on a cold morning drive around the block and it overheats. I believe this to be a false reading, as I can turn the heater on high and it...

radiator is probably stopped up and when you allow coolant into the heater core which is a small radiator itself. it get sufficient releive to run normal. or your sender for the temp guage is bad and the car never is really overheating.

I have white smoke coming from the tailpipe and a decrease in gas mileage on my 2007 Nissan Quest.

Does the car overheat? Has it overheated in the past prior to the white smoke? Is the coolant level low? Does it run poorly? Is the white smoke constant or initially at start up? If at start up and then clears it is possible that it may just be condensation. If constant and has a sweet smell and you can answer the above questions with a yes then it is possible you have a blown head gasket. Good luck.

Hi, my girlfriend's 2001 Eclipse 6 cyl. is quickly overheating when stopped at red lights with the A/C on. With the A/C off, it does not overheat. When it does overheat, and the stop light turns...

Check to see if your radiator coolant fan runs with the A/C on. It should run constantly with the A/C on, and even with the A/C off the fan should come on when the coolant reaches 220 degrees or better and stay on until it cools down below 200 degrees.
The problem is that you're not getting enough ambient air through the radiator.

Overheat 2001 hyundai tiburon

Only 2 parts remaining are the thermostat and waterpump. Always start with the thermostat when diagnosing an overheating problem. If the car is overheating constantly under all conditions and coolant is backing up into the reservoir, it's very likely to be the thermostat. If it only overheats at low speed or idling, it's more likely the waterpump.

Engine overheats, constantly have to keep the air on

had a '94. thermostat, and water pump replacement. first try checking the fuses, run the engine, and see if the cooling fan comes on. If it doesnt its an electrical problem.
