Question about 2000 Dodge Neon
This sounds like the flasher unit is no good and needs to be changed.it is located in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.if you turn on the hazards and check all the bulbs for working,if they are working then you can look under the dash with the hazards on to find the flasher and this will show you what the signal flasher looks like at the fuse panel as they are two different units.
