If the noise or clicking is worse when turning with the wheels at full lock, you need to replace the CV joints, If they are badly worn they will vibrate while being driven. Do not leave it too long, CV joints that are excessively worn have been known to disintergrate.

My 2003 buick lesabre will start to vibrate when you get up t 45 mph and will get worse if you give it gas but will stop vibrating if you let off the gas

Sounds like a motor mount or trans mount, maybe a axle shaft worn out.To check the motor mount and trans mount start the car raise the hood have someone stand by the side of the front end put the car in drive with your foot on the brake use the other foot and press the gas pedal a little bit and see if the motor raises up on one side or the other.

When I stop at a stop sign or red light I have a bad vibration

Sounds like it could be the transmission or torque converter - have you tried flushing the transmission? What's the mileage on the car?

My car is making an awful groaning grinding noise noise when it starts. The noise stops after it starts. Put my foot on the brake it starts again. put thr car in reverse no problem put it in,drive it...

It's your exhaust mounts or broken exhaust bolts. It does it in drive st idle n under load because the motor is sitting in rubber mounts made to dampen vibration. Therefore the motor tilts to the left in reverse pulling the exhaust away from your under carraige, and to the right in drive causing the loose exhaust to vibrate against something. Check your heat shields also. They fall apart n do the same noise. Piece of cake.

Bad vibration and car won't function

being 98 and having 100k on the vehicle can be numerous thing can be wrong and need replacing. first thing being 98 and 100k miles, the way you describe it, the car may have jump time and timing belt may need replacing, second can be weak/faulty fuel pump, injectors, cam and crank sensors may also be going bad. have you check the basic from spark plugs, coil, wires and distributor and rotor. air-mass flow sensor may also going bad and not working properly. on top of it all, transmission should be flush at 100k, it also sound like it may need new transmission. bad vibration is a sign the engine is not running correctly form being off timing. I would start looking in at the timing belt and see if the belt worn and still in correct timing. I would go ahead and have it replace if you planed to keep the car. being 98' used running motors are cheaper than doing a complete engine rebuild from a junk yard or ebay and same way with transmission. hope that help some..
