It's your headlight relay. Next time it goes off, switch relay #45 with relay #46, (same model relay, just for the fan). Buy a new relay, but in the mean time, clean the contacts on the relay #45 and the contacts in the fuse box, this should keep you going. I cleaned mine, and it's lasted over a year now, BUT I keep a new relay in the glovebox just in case.
By the way, we're talking about the fuse box in the engine compartment here, not the one under the rear seat.
