Sounds like you may have a wire that's grounding out or maybe a short. Problems like this are usually hard to find. I recommend taking it to an automotive electrical specialist. They're usually listed in the yellow pages. Or a good automotive shop will usually have at least 1 mechanic on staff with good electrical experience.
