I have a 83 plymouth reliant i have replace everything but the carb it seem to stop and go right when i hit about 35 and again when i hit 65 i cleaned the carb out still seems to do it put new fuel filter...

check for vacume leaks first. you stated that the carb was loose and you tightened it. you probably need to replace the gasket beneath it (thats why the carb seemed loose)

There are two torqs style alignment screws, one for up/down the other for left/right. These screws can be found next to the headlight. Before adjusting the screws check to see if both headlights have similar play when you move them by hand. I had a sliding lock tab out of place, so one headlight seemed loose and hard to adjust. If one headlight is loose, look for two plastic 'sticks' (1" wide) directly behind the light. These 'sticks' are slotted to fit over one fixed metal rivet and one plastic tab from the headlight. The trick is making sure the bottom of the stick fits in a pocket below the light. It's best to use a flashlight and a long flat-blade screwdriver to push the stick into the pocket as it locks over the tabs. Without all three points of contact the headlight will seem loose.

Horn only works some time === right rear taillight same thing.

Hello Sir

It seem that you are facing some loose connection problems. Do check the following possibilities:

Make sure that all the fuses and relays are properly installed and intact. (Fuse box is located under the hood or underneath the steering wheel room).

Make sure that the positive terminal of the battery is properly installed and didnt have any carbon.

The connections to the horn and tail light are properly connected. (There might be some loose connections).

If all of these techniques does'nt works, you need to change the horn relay or the horn.

My car trembles when i accelerate and when its on

wiggling or trembling are mostly cause by the front wheels.
it could only be unbalanced air pressure of the tires.
if not, it could be loose tie rod ends connecting to the steering wheel. fittings might have been worn out already and needs to be replaced.
to check whether if which side is causing it, lift or jack the left or right tire, then manually try to wiggle it, push or pull it, try every possible way to determine and looseness on the wheel. do the same on the other front wheel.
if one of then is loose or wiggles as you check, then there is a loose part on that wheel. check carefully.

Cant get positive terminal off its post

Buy a battery cable remover. It lookc like a clamp. The hooks go under the cable end and the post goes to the center of the terminal. When you turn it, the terminal will pop right off. About $5.
