SOURCE: replace the fog light bulb.
you don't. you disconnect the wire on the back of the light assembly and then the bulb twists counter clockwise and pops out, to re-install reverse the procedure. the wire is accessible from below the car under a black plastic flap the pulls down out of the way directly underneath the fog light.

the BCM needs to be programmed to operate the computer. a GM techII is now required to calibrate BCM to airbag, stereo, keyless entry, and control pcm data. This is required to make it all work. a gm service should have it done within an hour or less just call and ask them how much it would be to program new BCM. it might cost @$75 to $125 but it is needed, to allow the BCM to work properly.

Testimonial: "ok...i bought the bcm on line (used)...but the gays in the dealer says i have to buy a new one..because the used cannot be to reflashed...or recoded."
Sounds like you may have a leak in the heater core and the fan is blowing anti-freeze (the sweet smell) through the vents.

the panel has trim around it youll have to take the trim off pry under it with a straight edge or flat screwdriver this will give you access to the screws that keep the cluster in place undo the screws usually phillips head and pull the panel out on the back side of the panel you will see tabs protruding from the panel thise is where your bulbs are housed theres one for each bulb locate the one that has your blown bulb in it turn counter clockwise and pull up this will release the holder pull the bulb out push the new one in and reverse the process to reinstall.

SOUND LIKE PROBLEMS IN THE EBTCM OR THE ELECTRONIC BRAKE CONTROL MODULE AND TRACTION CONTROL MODULE.ALL YOU CAN DO IS CHECK ABS FUSES AND RELAYS.IF ALL IS GOOD THE DEALERSHIP HAS TO USE A TECH SCANNER TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
