Question about 1999 Chevrolet Malibu
Not cheaply,have to replace the key and tumbler,Then run the relearn sequence. (GM recomends replacing the switch at the same time .)
The theftlock is triggered by the rotation INSIDE the cylinder,
as far as I know there is no way around it like there was with the "chip" in the key.
Happened to 2 of my cars.
