It would be necessary to run a diagnostic check on why your vehicle is still "sluggish" after replacing a major ignition component such as the coil pack. Is the "check engine" light on? If it is, scanning for trouble codes would narrow down the possible problems that your car may have. Why were the coil pack and the "throttle body sensor" replaced? Did the engine have a misfire? This is usually felt as a vibration during operation of the engine --- with loss of power and possible stalling as well.

Your description "sluggish" seems to point towards a vacuum leak of some kind; your engine may be running too "lean" and may be the result of an improperly installed throttle body gasket or intake manifold gasket. Listen for hissing sounds while the engine is idling. You may even spot a disconnected/cracked vacuum hose or a loose intake tube clamp.

Finally, try putting a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the tank; a brand such as Lucas has gotten a lot of positive feedback and usually works within 50 miles and is good for the next 3,000 miles.

We had the same problem, it turned out to be the Coil Pack, which we replaced for an original one, and the spark plug cables. There was also a vacuum leak, so you should get that checked.

Why would trottle body be getting oil after changing pcv and oil sep and running sluggish now

Could be a problem with the vent line for the crankcase - it connects thru the air cleaner box.

I have a 1989 Chevrolet Celebrity-2.8 multi-port engine. I have replaced the fuel pump, the fuel filter, put a new distributor cap on, replaced the spark plugs and new wires. Changed the air and oil...

Sounds like something getting warm/hot as engine warms up. Could be the MAP sensor, Coil/Coil pack, Ignition Switch(not the key cylinder), or possibly the Oxygen Sensor.

Next time it does this, pull a plug wire out of the coil pack and hold it close to the tower, and have someone crank the engine to see if your still getting a spark.
Could also be a loose connector on the throttle body injection, or a broken wire.

I have an 1999 ford rsnger that wont start

DOES IT HAVE POWER/ A GOOD BATTERY? IF SO CHECK & SEE IF IT IS GETTING FIRE OUT FROM THE COIL PACKS,THE QUICKEST WAY TO SEE IF IT IS FIRE OR A FUEL PROBLEM IS SPRAY A LITTLE STARTING FLUID IN THE THROTTLE BODY,& IF IT CRANKS & THEN CUTS RIGHT BACK OFF ITS A FUEL PROBLEM,FUEL PUMP FUSE,FUEL PUMP RELAY,OR FUEL PUMP,& OR FUEL FILTER, IF ITS NOT GETTING FIRE IT COULD BE A CRANK SENSOR, A CAM POSITION SENSOR,COIL PACK(S) OR A FUSE OR RELAY.

My 2000 ford focus cranks, but does not start. I

You will want to find out if you are not getting spark or not getting fuel.
If no fuel, then bad fuel pump, plugged fuel filter, or bad fuel pressure regulator, or bad fuel pump relay.

If no spark, then bad crank sensor, or ignition module, or coil packs.

2001 ford taurus will not idle down

several things can do this but most likely would be
1 TPS trottle postion sensor = replace
2 stuck butterfly valve inside the trottle body = clean out with trottle body cleaner try to get most of the black build up with a old tooth brush
3 bad trottle cable= feel the cable make sure it moves freely if not replace it
