Problem for Mitsubishi 1998 Mirage

i have a 1999 lancer ,the car works fine , my problem is that all the meters ( speed , RPM, Heat , fuel meters are off , all not moving ) , some times they all work fine only when i start the car early in the morning ( 7 am) but it i shut it down for 5 min, the are all off
please help,, where to look

i have repair this problem many times remove your cluster and the printed circuit board requires replacing

once you have replaced the printed circuit board the cluster should work

NOTE: remember how the bulbs and screws came off the back of the cluster i would usually make a picture out of it on the table where im working on
