Question about 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue
The sound you might be hearing is the relay or the switch or the motor itself. It may be a bad relay or bad wiring. The relay for your sunroof should be in the center underneath the dash or at the passenger side depending on who installed and year of the car. It may also be an issue with the motor. The motor is located on top. It is usually at the car's front 'ceiling' towards the rear viewmirror. Check if there is motor sound or clicking or vibration on top. The motor may be week or may have gone out of alignment. You will have to remove the upholstery on top to get to it.
