Check the lid of the fuse box/ and or panel theres usually at least 2 and itll be labeled dash gauges or somthing to that extent

Check EVERY fuse. Use a 12V test light. Take the test light and clip it to a metal part of the car and test each fuse with the tip. If both sides light up the light, the fuse is good. If only one side lights but the other side doesn't, the fuse is bad. Fuses are made to be tested like this. With a test light, it will maybe take 1 minute to check every fuse. If all fuses test good, these instrument panels had issues with bad solder joints.
