Heater fan will not shut off

Sounds like the fan switch has went bad. This could also be a problem with the fan resistor relay which is what the the fan switch goes through before the power reaches the fan. More often than not, it's a one two punch. Take the switch out and check for continuity between ground and the other terminal on the back you will find that, no matter where you put it on has "power" constantly. That is a nogo switch. Unfortunately, I can't tell you the location of the fan switch resistor relay it's tucked behind the dash usually or in the engine compartment.

Radiator fan does not come on. what is the location of the relay switch

Hello,
The radiator fan relay is located in the underhood fuse relay center. The fan is comanded on by the engine control module. As the temperature reaches 220 degrees it turns the fan on. I hope this helps. If you need further help let me know as great feedback is very important to me.
Thank You,
Roy

Radiator fan not working

Hi. Check the bottom of the radiator or on the side, as you also have a temperature-sending switch. The switch must reach a certain temperature before sending a signal on to the fan relay.

The switch just screws into the radiator.

If you would like to contact me again about this or other problems, feel free to do so.

Finding the thermostat in a 1987 suzuki swift

Not familiar with your vehicle but engines of that period will normally have them hidden under a fitting that probably is a diamond-shaped cast aluminum piece with one of the radiator hoses leading to it and held in place by two (rarely more) bolts.
It will be either on the head or the block.

Just follow the (large) hoses from the radiator and the one with a fitting as described will likely have the thermostat concealed under it.
