Those are the standard indications of a sticking thermostat. You can do one of two things, remove the thermostat and drill a 2.5 mm hole through the plate or else fit a new thermostat. The thermostat is normally located in the aluminium elbow that the top radiator hose connects to. The elbow is usually held down by two bolts and it is only necessary to remove these to replace the thermostat. It may not be necessary to remove any hoses. Take care that the new thermostat is correctly located in its recess and the old gasketing has been completely removed and that the new gasket has a smear of gasket cement on it. While tightening the bolts, make sure that the elbow is seating evenly and not catching on the edge of the thermostat or you could crack the elbow.

This sounds like air in the system, bleed any air pockets, fill the system with coolant while the heater is on full blast.
A pressure test will tell you if you still have air in the system.

Hi my name is Tom and I can help.

It looks like you still have an electrical problem. I rarely suggest changing the coil, but this could be the problem. I would also check the wire to the coil. I know you replaced it, but is it fully seated into the coil.

I have had it happen to me many times. I thought it was seated into the coil and I found out it was not.

If I can be of further help, please let me know.

hi sounds like the EGR valve, exhaust gas recycler.

Cost new is £130-ish, try and clean it first as they sometimes get clogged up, although if is that bad then most likely a new one is needed.

Sounds like air has gotten into the hydraulic clutch system, or it is low on fluid from a failed master or slave hydraulic clutch cylinder or connecting line between the master and slave cylinders.
