Question about 1998 Dodge Durango
Hi, does the transmission shift properly? Does the cruise control work?
The speed signal is still there if the transmission is shifting. To confirm I would watch scan tool data and see if the speed signal is being read by the cluster. The speed sensor is wired to the engine computer, and from there it sends the signal on the network to the cluster, ABS and other systems.
