Question about Pontiac Montana
I am assuming this is while you are moving,not parked.
If you drive at about 40 on a smooth road,and "weave" left and right. Does the noise get noticeably quieter one way than the other? If it does ,it's a wheel bearing assembly. Easy fix (I'd change both if thats the case)
If the noise doesn't change,it has to be a transmission bushing or final drive noise,not good.
