Hi I have this same problem. So I also turned the #3 IOD fuse around 180 degrees and the same thing happened Loss of memory but dash lights stay off. My question is: Is there a downside to doing this? And does this indicate another problem?

I have the same problem I'm reading that its some type of wiring issue bare wire in the main harness you need to chase. The person befor me took the #3 fuse shipping fuse the only fuse with a black bracket around it and turned it 180 degrees this makes you losse the memory but your lights turn off etc...
