You should bring the vehicle back to that dealer and they should take care of the problem with no cost to you.

On newer cars the fuse box is normally on the side of the dashboard, next to the driver door, you need to have that door open to see the pop off cover. The fuses should be labeled on the cover, and/or fuse slot.

I have a 2000 ford taurus and my windshield wipers does not work, what are some possible solutions, and where are the fuses located?

the fuses are located under the dash on the drivers side.the possible problems could be the wiper motor may have a bad ground and if you run a good ground from the car to the body of the motor and the wipers work then thats the could tap the motor with a hammer or screwdriver with the wipers turned on and if it works the wiper motor needs could also have a bad wiper switch.

My windshield wiper blades are not working. Was told it was the fuse located inside the car. I do not have owners manual. Please tell me the number and fuse size.

There is something called a "kicker panel" on the inside of your car. This panel will be either to the left of your left foot near the floor and door, or it will be under the dashboard in front of your knees. The cover of the panel will have a complete diagram showing you what each fuse does and what size to use. Please rate this solution if it helps.

good luck and have a a great day!

Looking for the widshield wipper fuze for a 97 ford expidition. where is it and which one is it

The fuse for the front wipers and the front and rear washer motors is fuse #11 in the Junction Box Fuse/Relay Panel (Under the left side of the dash.) It is a 30 Amp fuse.
The rear wiper motor is protected by fuse #12 in the Power Distribution Center (Left side of engine compartment.)
All are controlled via relays, which in turn, are controlled by the Generic Electronic Module. (GEM) Diagnosis of the wiper system should begin with a scan of the GEM to determine if the relay control circuits are causing the fault.

Front Wipers stopped working?

I would start with the simplest thing first check the fuses, windshield wipers usually do not have issues and if they do, they are not that costly to fix/repair. You will find that the fuse panel is located under the hood on the drivers side and the other is located under the drivers side rear seat. The panel will tell you the location of each fuse as well as what the fuse controls. If it is not the fuse then you are looking at either the wiper control or the wiper motor. Before I replaced the wiper motor, I would unplug and replug it as they can lose connection and that will generally fix it. Hope that helps

Wipers stopped working

There should be a fuse block either on the drivers side kick panel, or along the side of the dashboard in between the dash and the door. May also want to check under the hood for asecondary fuse block if you cannot find the fuse in the other block. Hope this helps.
