My gearshift won't come out of park

The vehical needs to be on to shift the vehical. Make sure that you are able to turn on the vehical or at least turn it on to auxillery. You cannot rule out that possibility that your transmission is jammed. A local shop may be able to help you.

Were is the temp sensor on a 2002 lincoln ls v8

On the intake, Near the top radiator hose inlet, Note this model has 2, 1 Runs the guage, The other tells the pcm what temp the motor is for strategy. DO NOT REMOVE THIS WITH VEHICAL WARM OR HOT. IT WILL SPEW COOLANT IF YOU TRY, Allow vehical to cool all the way, And this is a very easy repair :) Good luck, God bless

Trailblazer 2002 stalls when a/c is running.when defrost or a/c is engaged truck will stall out.when driving at speed truck will run with a drag.

hELLO THERE
This would normally indicate that the compressor motor is starting to go out or the altenator can not keep up with the load demand from the a/c so you should have the altenator checked and posssiably go with a altenator with a biger amperage
But if the air conditioner compressor is starting to go out when they do the compressor will lock up all together and you will not be able to start the vehical it will not even turn over so the way to test this is to remove the belt from the compressor or remove the compressor totally and try to run the vehical and see if the vehical runs ok now if so you know what the problemn is ok
Best regards Michael

Radiator fan runs all the time when heat or a/c is on

Don't know about an Escort but on many vehicals, that is normal. Take a look at a friends car and see for yourself. Some cars have two fans. One is controlled by the temp sensor and the other comes on imediately when the AC is turned on. The reason it happens with the heat as well as the AC, is that when you turn the heat on, the AC compressor comes on in order to dry the hot air so that your windows don't fog. It sounds like crazy talk I know but like I said, check it out on a friends car and see for yourself.

Only hot air blowing out of vents

i am a nissan master technition in Wichita Ks. we see this problem frequently. there is an air pocket in your heater core, due to low coolant level. for some resion or another your vehical is consuming coolant (usually head gkt leaking into cyl). and sence the heater core is higher than the radiator, the air pocket gets stuck in the heater core.
wait till the vehical is cooled off, remove radiator cap, install coolant funnel (avalible at any auto parts store). lift front of vehical off the ground (to get the radiator higher than the heater core), fill coolant funnel and start engine. allow vehical to reach opperating tempature and the air pocket will work its way loose. you may need to rev engine to change coolant flow rate in atempts to remove air pocket quicker.

sorry about the spelling

Car Airconditioner giving stange clunking noise and hisses in engine compartment

its a sure problem due to mechanical failure done/occured due to vehical's sudden jurk, or mal fixing of A/C elements during vehical serives, kindly go for the company serive station, without wasting much of time, as due to perssure building up in compressor may lead to further damage to the system, and please avoid you yourself fixing of the things, if you are not well expertised in it. thank you.
