The INT is a setting in which the wipers work some time then stop for some time - and the cycle repeats. This cycle is controlled by a simple temporized relay - in your case this relay is faulty and it will have to be replaced.
The relay is located inside the switch lever unit so you will have to replace the entire lever. Here it is

Toyota Camry intermittent windscreen wipers stopped working. Then all of the windscreen wipers stopped working. The fuse is OK. Model SXV10R. January 1996

this could be caused by a bad whiper motor or a bad whiper motor switch. check for voltage at the whiper motor itself, if you do have voltage at the motor then the motor is bad.

Windscreen wipers only work on fast not onnormal or int

Hi most likely the switch that operates the wipers is broke and not the wipers motor.

Get it tested before replacing it, but most often alfa's have so many electrical problems it's difficult to say.

1990 Toyota Celica accelerating problems

I had this same problem. I replaced the spark plugs and that worked for awhile, but then the problem came back. I ended up replacing the distributor and rotor as well as the spark plug wires and that fixed it. Supposedly old spark plug wires don't work as well and you don't get enough spark.

One side note, I still have trouble accelerating with the AC on.
