1996 Mazda MX6 Clutch pedal has no push back from floor but still shifts

I am not a mazda guy but it sounds like the pressure plate is bad. Have you check the clutch linkage to be sure something did not slip or break. If so I would be looking at the clutch pressure plate.

My mazda protege 1997 have a hard clutch to push,is there any solution to make more smooth to push the pedal?

If you have a cable operated clutch then replace the cable as it is binding up inside the case. If you have a hydraulic clutch system the replace the clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder as there is a problem with the rubbers in the units that have expanded from contaminants and are seizing up in the cylinders.

push HARD on the bottom of the bottom seat at the lower front point by the floor (one side at a time) and lift-once you release both sides, it just pulls out.

Brake pedal hits floor with no pressure

if the brake fluid resovoir is full and you havent opened the brake brake system (ie a bleeder screw or removed a brake line) then you probably need a master cylinder. if the brake fluid IS empty then first you must find the leak and repair it before bleeding will do any good.
