My engine light is blinking on and off..Guages show everything with in normal limits.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. Since your check engine light is flashing, you need to take it to Autozone asap to have it scanned. You need to do this because they are a hundred things that can cause the check engine light to come on. Since it is flashing, there may be internal engine damage. It cost nothing to have this done and it will lead you to your problem. This way, you are not guessing and wasting money for nothing. It could be several different things. By having the computer scanned, it will narrow the path.

Blinking engine light normally means emergency situation, i would try not drive it much until you know what is going on. try to get it a auto parts store and have the codes read.

Vehicle cluster lights do not come on and starter will not engage when turning the key. Everything else works, just had the wiring harness replaced
Sounds like the key switch. I would check that first.
If everything came on but the engine did not crank I would have said to check the neutral safety switch and the starter.

All fluid levels are full, all guages good, engine light stays on
The check engine light is on because the computer has detected a fault in the system.It could be a sensor,wiring or bad connection.You have to get the codes read to find out what could be causing the problem.Most parts stores will do this for no fee at all.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Periodic stall issue. All guages go to zero,
Sounds like an intermittent short in the wire harness or ECU(computer).
If you can locate the computer(in the passenger side kickpanel), try
tapping on it with a plastic handled screwdriver handle, to see if the car
suddenly shuts down? If it does, your computer is shot. Good luck.

You should be fine, just make sure your fluids are good. If there is anything major, the engine would not run. When Auto Zone re-opens on the 26th, have them read the DTC codes from the car's ECM. Ignition coil or spark plug wires you should usually coils behavior is what your describing you should plug it in to a OBD 2 to retrieve fault codes!!!guessing is very costly$$$$$$$
