Question about 2006 Jeep Commander
This is the trouble light for the air bag system. I could be just a loose wire, but without a computer it is imposable to diagnose this system without risking setting off an bag and they cost about $3000 on average because the whole system has to be replaced by law. A shop should be able to fix it allot cheaper than that as long as it hasn't gone off. Leaving it means your airbags might not work in an accident, causing you major insurance problems, so it's going to be cheaper to have a shop take a look at it. If you don't like their estimate, get a second opinion.
