No problem, the noise is your brake system... it has an electric motor to pressurize the brake fluid in order to optimize performance and fluid levels to all four brakes.

Clutch make noise and smoke come out

The noise may be from a failed throw out bearing on the end of the clutch fork. If it is seized then the smoke will be from red glowing metal of the bearing and the pressure plate fingers . Sorry but it is a box out and new clutch kit (including throw out bearing) and possible clutch fork if it is damaged type of fix.

Brake pedal has alot of back pressure and car moves in gear.Have to press real hard to stop.How to check abs pump if has one where or brake booster or master cylinder?Don't know how to trouble shoot or...

The air seeping is a dead giveaway. Your power brakes are now manual brakes, but stiffer. The diaphram in the brake booster has torn and the hissing noise is the engine vacuum escaping (you hear it louder when you depress the pedal right?). Replace the booster and you will be fine. The brake lights probably don't work because you can't push the pedal down far enought to release the switch. Please rate. Thanks.

HI! Tony, it sounds like the seal on the brake booster is leaking vacuum that is most likely the noise you can hear, it is very likely that the brake booster is faulty & will need to be replaced sooner than later as you can't be too careful when it comes to the brakes......hope this helps.......cheers.

Surge in idle when brakes applied or after driving..

block off vacuum hose to brake booster and see if idle returns to normal if it does you need new brake booster has hole in diaphram internally some times slight hissing noise is evident in cab when pressing brake pedal to section where engine surges or idles high. also check for fuel leaks from hoses if you can smell fuel in engine bay while running and engine warm some leaks only leak while running and hot

Hello;
Yoou most likely have a vacuum leak in the line from the booster to the intake. It could be a bad booster or check valve as well.

2005 Mercedes E-Class brake HUMMIMG noise

hi there, sadly there is no solution for this problem and is very common on the e-class as mine does it aswell. There was a big recall on the sbc units on the early w211 model up to 05 i think. The good news is that there is a 10 year warranty unlimited milage, so take it to the local dealer incase it might be faulty.
