I want to permanently disarm the factory stock alarm system with this car. I need help big time please help explain to me in the simplest of English how to forever halt the alarms life. My car is no longer able to be driven due to this alarm. Thank you so much !

Don't know what you have done with this so far but if you still have the issue and the car two simple things to try first are: 1. when you insert the key turn it backwards first as if you were locking the car then turn it the correct way to unlock . Or 2.check you fuse box under the steering wheel it should be knee high if you were sitting in the car . if any fuses are blown you know what to do

Also if you try the other key pad do that at least make any beeps ? if any of them do you should try resetting the key pad to another code there are instructions on resetting it in the general blog for nissan maxima 1992 type that in in the search in the fix ya site and search the listing there is one on how to reset the codes . The numbers are on the wall to the right behind the glove compartment. If you lay on the passenger seat upside down(your head where your feet should be) now look to the wall to your left there is a little gold colored box that box has three rows of numbers one of those rows have the numbers you need to reset your pin . the steps to do it are on the other listing i mentioned earlier (not posted by me)

I really hope you can get that straightened out

I have a 92 Nissan Maxima. When I unlock the door, the alarm goes off. This has happened before. We unplugged the battery, two fuses inside the car and 2 fuses under the hood. That reset the alarm I...

there is a switch mounted to the back of the door lock. its inside of the door. you will have to take the door panel off to see the back of the lock cylinder. the switch has wires coming out of it. I think that is your issue. the switch is junk or it slipped of the back of the lock cylinder. that switch monitors which way you turn the key and sends that info to your smart entrance control unit, which works your alarm system. remove door pane and take a look at that switch on the back of the lock cylinder.

I started my car on day and the next day I unlocked the door and the alarm started and would not stop. My buddy diconnected the horn and the car won't

i believe if you put key in ignition turn it forward and back off twice it should reset the anti theft to start it. or unlock pass door with key and that might reset it. also try the same with back pass door if the other didnt work. hope this helps.

1992 Nissan Maxima Alarm System goes off with key entry

Opening the trunk with the key (not the valet key) will shut off the alarm.

Can't offer help on permanently disabling the alarm.

Keyless remote entry

First try to replace batteries on remotes, 2. try reconfiguring the remotes only if the first doesn't work. And at last just try unplugging the negative of the vehicles battery plus check all your fuses the make sure that you're not have having any electric interference. Good luck !!!

Help to disconnect my alarm

it sounds to me like you dont have a key less entry remote on the vehicle, I would check the small switch located behind the driver door lock tumbler (were the key goes in) and to do this
you need to remove the door panel, this switch knows when you
insert the key into the door and turn it to disable alarm, some times they break off - when the alarm goes off try unlocking the
vehicle on the passenger door.
