Question about Ford Windstar
This would be a defect in the Bank1 O2 sensor. It is saying the sensor is stuck on a lean mode and is not switching within itself. You can try to unplug the sensor connection and look for corrosion and if there is corrosion clean or replace the sensor.
The Code should be cleared from the computer by using a scanner or unplugging the NEG terminal of the Battery for 10 minutes to reset the computer. If the Code repeats you definitely need to replace the sensor.
