I would try the fuel filter and fuel pump. It sounds like a fuel problem to me one of these two ideas should work for you.

1991 dodge ramcharger 318 engine stalls driving down road. shut key off for a few seconds starts right back up and runs fine. any ideas?

It's losing one of two things - fuel or electricity. I would check and or replace the fuel pump and fuel filter first.

Car stalls, starts up then stalls again, starts up and stalls again

This could have several problems. #1 Fuel pressure due freezing water in fuel lines add thermal aid or rubbing alcohol . If you have access to a pressure gauge there is a service fitting on fuel rail that you can test pressure while driving and see if the pressure is gone when car dies this could lead to fuel pump electrical or more restricted lines. #2 intermittent sensor failure Mopar uses 2 sensors to control spark and fuel lose one could lose spark lose the other lose injection with a scanner they call it C/C sync ok (cam/crank) if no then check for each parameters for display.# 3 relay controls ASD and FUEL pump for voltage drops.

Dodge Intrepid Problems

Water temperature at 230 Degrees F is at boiling point in a pressurized system and it is shutting down because the CPU is reading possible damage to the engine . I suggest you find out why the coolant temperature is so high as 212 f is boiling and 220 would be maximium. I suggest that the sensors are controlling the CPU and if so there would be no fault codes recorded . Check the radiator for flow restrictions and check the compression for head problems.

Car runs perfect then starts missing real bad then stalls

Not unusual for fuel pumps to begin to fail once they are heated up from running. First thing in the morning pump is cool, then as you drive, it heats up and begins to lose pressure. After sitting a 1/2hr-1hr, it may start again and run fine for a short time and start to act up again. Had similar problem and found good fuel pressure when tank and pump cool, but lost pressure once vehicle driven a distance and pump heated up. The hotter the weather, the shorter the distance I could drive. If you can somehow set it up to have fuel pressure checked when it starts to act up, that would certainly help confirm if fuel pressure is the culprit.

I have a 03 gmc 2500 that loses power while driving and starts idling really rough. Turning the truck for off a few minutes it will start and run fine. Took it to a mechanic and he replaced the throttle...

This sounds like a fuel pump that starts losing preasure, the throtle body is a big problem on these trucks but should of diagnosed a little better, check computer for any stored codes, and them may need to keep truck for a few days to get to act up, a fuel preasure gauge should be put on and driven until it acts up this way they will know if it fuelpump or not, that would be where i would start after scanning for codes, it may also be a computer problem.or mass air flow sensor. hope this is helpful.
