Question about 1999 Saturn SL
Did your mechaniic check the fuel injectors, it very possibly could be 1 of them acting up, also have your mechanic to give your vehicle a fuel pressure test, this will tell if the pressure is within the specs for the year and engine size that you have. also have him to check the coil, or coils, 1 of them could be heating up, and breaking down, and after cooled for a while, they have been known to work again, untill they heat up again. also have him to check the fuel pump relay to see if it is getting bad, he might have to tempoarily replace it with another one just to see if it is acting up.
