It seems like the reconditioning didn't work. So, if you really like the vehicle I would spring for a new comp.

Nissan xtera altornator wont hold charge 2003

You never remove the battery cables with the key on,
let alone the motor running, your asking for trouble
on a computer controlled vehicle

You will need a repair shop to diagnose the issues

May have gotten a bad alternator or the old one

Why didn't the shop take care of the issue, if they put
the problem in there, due to careless work during the
brake service or it wasn't related & needs to be diagnosed.?

You have an ABS Fault to diagnose, simple as that
Check for codes & component test
Not a computer malfunction

May want a different repair shop
I don't know what transpired there

I have problem with saab 93 aero 2000 model 2.0 turbo. traction control , ABS lights and brake light goes on and once that happens speedometer does not show speed, but early in the morning all is working...

Check control module and wireing for loose or bad connection. Intermittent problems are hard to diagnose even at shop and can get expensive fast so also try taking off negative battery cable for 1 hour to reset all cars computers believe it or not this fixes 80 percent of intermittent problems

Engine dies at all speeds

I suspect an IAC (Idle Air Control) valve fault, or it could just be that the idle speed requires adjustment. Have you had a flat battery or a battery replacement recently? This can cause the computer to loose its learned idle settings and bring up these sort of issues. The idle should relearn itself in this situation after a few days, but sometimes requires resetting properly.
A competent auto technician should be able to diagnose and rectify a fault like this quickly, the idle systems are not too complicated on these vehicles.
