Check your Oxigen sensor to see if is running rich, plus ignition wires for resistance withing the limits 12,000 Ohms is acceptable, for most wires.
Distribuitor cap and rotor for wear tune up should be done every 30,000 kms on conventional plugs / 70,000 kms if platinum go with what is recommended for your vehicle (check service manual or call your local dealer)

Check the air filter and or the intake tube since I have found rags and or varmints nests built in the air intakes. Hope you find your problems. harry
