Check your Oxigen sensor to see if is running rich, plus ignition wires for resistance withing the limits 12,000 Ohms is acceptable, for most wires. Distribuitor cap and rotor for wear tune up should be done every 30,000 kms on conventional plugs / 70,000 kms if platinum go with what is recommended for your vehicle (check service manual or call your local dealer)
hope this helps

Check the air filter and or the intake tube since I have found rags and or varmints nests built in the air intakes. Hope you find your problems. harry

1995 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L HC & CO Emissions failed 2nd time. Replaced Catalytic Converter, Oxygen Sensor, Fuel Pump & Filter. It Passes everything else. I need advise please.

Failing HC and CO means the fuel mixture is too rich.
You may need a 4 gas analyzer to figure out why to know when it is fixed. Could be a leaking injector, restricted air intake, ignition problem, or a long list of other things. Even a faulty thermostat could cause it to run rich.

Did you change the air filter. The fuel filter will have no impact on emmision's but the air filter is a very common problem. If you usually drive it at low rev.'s then before you send it for emmisions test you will need to put it in a low gear and floor it for about a mile the reason is when it is being tested the engine is reved up to around 3500 rpm and any build up of unburned fuel or oil in the exhaust system will put up the emmisions reading.

My 94 z28 camaro chuggs when i punch it

sounds like a fuel pump struggling to pass its contents. try running a treatment solution in your tank. if this fails to work, you will need a new fuel pump to correct this problem. sometimes, trash will build up in your tank and it will cause build up in the jets. you should check vacuum as well if needed.

injectors ,when dirty, tend not to spray as well,so it might be that......try some fuel injector cleaner. Also if you have a bad o2 sensor .The o2 sensor tells the computer how to mix the air and gas mixture
